Meet our Resident coach…
Katherine Weed, M.A. Psych, RCC.
Katherine is a Clinical Therapist, Coach and Writer who believes that there is nothing more important in life than cultivating healthy relationships with ourselves and the people we love. Her greatest passion is helping clients free themselves from old and unhelpful patterns in order to know themselves in a more authentic way, which then empowers and invites deeper, more authentic connections with others.
Kat holds a bachelor’s degree from Queen’s University as well as a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. She also has a diploma in Transpersonal Counselling Psychology from Clearmind International Institute, as well as training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
In her spare time, she loves to mountain bike, trail run, backcountry ski, surf, travel, play music, dance, and belly laugh.

You will be challenged to show up and share yourself with the world through new and exciting adventures like dance, breath work, meditation and visualization, boundary setting, self-worth work, shadow-work and self-love practices.
Your coaching journey with us will be flexible and fully customized. We acknowledge that everyone is on their own individual path and are committed to meeting you where you’re at so you can achieve the outcomes that are right for you.
Coaching sessions are conducted virtually.
My personal and professional experience has taught me that the most profound and sustainable growth occurs when you show up, go all-in, and commit to a 4 month minimum coaching journey.
This intensive period of support allows old patterns to emerge, blindspots to show their face, and narratives and scripts to be re-coded. Coaching for this period of time will not only get you through the current transition you’re navigating in your life, it will also set you up for the future.
